Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of PT Zenith Engineering Indonesia, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
PT Zenith Engineering Indonesia provides professional 3D printing services including but not limited to:
- Rapid prototyping
- Custom production in small to medium volumes
- 3D design consultation and model optimisation
- Thermoplastic filament printing (PLA, ABS, PETG)
- Photopolymer resin printing
- Metal printing (stainless steel, aluminium, titanium alloys)
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate project specifications and design files
- Ensure you have the right to manufacture the submitted designs
- Respect intellectual property rights of third parties
- Make timely payments for services rendered
- Provide feedback and approve proofs when requested
Intellectual Property
All design files and project information submitted to us remain your property. We will not reproduce, distribute, or use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your service request unless explicitly authorized by you in writing.
Quality and Warranties
We strive to deliver high-quality 3D printed products. However, given the nature of additive manufacturing technology, minor variations in dimensions, surface finish, and material properties may occur. We do not guarantee fitness for specific applications unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project quotation. Typical terms include deposit requirements before production begins and full payment before delivery. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refunds
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage at the time of cancellation. Once production has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
PT Zenith Engineering Indonesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Kabupaten Bekasi, West Java.
